There was a post on the SureCart Facebook page this week about there not being a native email notification on upgrades and downgrades, and a feature request to have this. It makes sense you would want to know when this happens, particularly if you’re not automating changes that happen because of this.
I posted on this thread that I had a snippet in my collection for this that emails out emails like this
I said I would take a look. I found it and have uploaded it and shared it below. Now, this is one of my earlier SureCart snippets it doesn’t have automatic product looking up and filtering, and it doesn’t have its menu within the SureCart
