Dadan has launched a lifetime deal on Appsumo and I have purchased one now as regular readers, viewers and people from groups would know I am a usebubbles.com user and this at least to begin with will not change but I am also aware that there primary focus isn’t in this market its asynchronous communication brand they have an AI meeting taker and its designed for communication rather than videos.
It works with videos it was originally one of the use cases they promoted but as a business they have decided to go in another direction. I have others but the ease and flow of bubbles has meant it has stuck over the likes of Zight and others.
On this site I have been using a plugin I developed for embedding bubbles in pages and it has been available for sometime but given I now have purchased Dadan and may even transfer over to it, I wanted something similar for Dadan and then came the Dadan integrator block
This block allows you to add these videos embedded right into your WordPress posts in the Guttenberg editor thanks to a simple block.
With options to allow you to fill the container, small, medium and large as well as options of which parts of the embed you want to show when embedding in your site as the screenshot below shows.
My hope is that people who use dadan will find it useful and it will help them use there videos on there website quickly and easily just as the bubbles integrator has for me.
In addition to the integrator block I have also added Dadan as a suitable video player in the up coming WPVideoBank plugin.
