A while ago I recorded a video on using Orestbida Cookie Consent with Oxygen Builder at the time there was no good solution for integrating this script with WordPress.
I have since discovered that the managed hosting provider Pressidum have created https://github.com/pressidium/pressidium-cookie-consent which at the time of writing is till using v2 of orestbida cookie consent but it is likely that it will migrate to v3 sometime in the future.
Although it doesn’t have features such as scanning for cookies and generating policies it is my go to cookie consent plugin and when paired with something like https://www.cookiechecker.com/ allow you to update and control your cookies.
